Troubleshooting

Resolve common issues and find the right support channel quickly.

Most common technical issues

You cannot sign in

  • Check that the email address you are using is registered.
  • Try the "Forgot password" link.
  • If you use SSO sign-in, make sure you have the correct permissions.

The app crashes or freezes

  • Refresh the page and sign in again.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • If the issue continues, contact support and include logs if available.

Autofill fails

If Welcome Stepper V2 autofill fails:

  • Your site did not respond in time (timeout) — try again.
  • Your site requires sign-in — skip autofill and fill the details manually.
  • Session issue — refresh the page and try again.
  • Connection issue — check your internet connection.

You can always skip autofill and complete the details manually. Read more on the Onboarding V2 page.

Analytics issues

If analytics data is missing or not updating:

  • Make sure your Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected.
  • Check that your page has at least 100 followers (a Meta requirement).
  • Wait a moment — data sync runs automatically.
  • Refresh the page and check again.

Publishing fails

If your posts do not publish:

  • Check that the destination channel is publish-ready on /dashboard/social.
  • Make sure Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, or TikTok permissions are still valid.
  • Check that the post or video has the required fields and media for that channel.
  • Reconnect the provider if needed.

Media Studio issues

If you run into issues in Media Studio:

  • Image upload fails — check the file format and file size.
  • AI generation does not work — wait a moment and try again.
  • The image does not appear in the post — check that it has been uploaded to Media Studio.
  • Browsing feels slow — use search and filters to narrow results.

What to include in a bug report

When you contact support, include as much detail as possible:

  • What you were doing when the issue happened.
  • Whether you saw an error message (attach a screenshot if needed).
  • When the issue happened.
  • Which browser and device you used.
