What is Media Studio?
Image management system
Media Studio is the image management system where you can store, organize, and reuse images in your posts.
In Media Studio you can upload images from your device, import them from a URL, generate visuals with AI, and manage everything in one place. Your images stay available across posts so you can reuse them whenever needed.
Uploading images
Upload from device
You can upload images directly from your computer to Media Studio:
- Click the "Upload" button or drag images directly into Media Studio
- Select one or more images at a time
- Images upload automatically and become available right away
- Supported file formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
Uploaded images are saved to Media Studio and can be used in all of your posts.
Import from URL
You can bring images into Media Studio directly from a URL:
- Copy the image URL
- Use the "Import URL" action in Media Studio
- Paste the URL and the image is fetched automatically
- The image is saved to Media Studio and is available immediately
URL import is useful when you want to use images from another website or a cloud storage service.
AI-generated images
You can generate images with AI directly inside Media Studio:
- Click the "Generate" button in Media Studio
- Write a description for the image (prompt)
- AI generates the image based on your description
- Generated images are saved to Media Studio automatically
AI-generated images are unique and ready to use in your posts. They are saved automatically to Media Studio so you can reuse them later in other posts as well.
Managing images
Browsing images
Media Studio makes it easy to browse all of your images:
- Search: Find images with keywords
- Filters: Filter by source (upload, AI, import, edit)
- Tags: Organize images with tags
- Collections: Group images into collections
Browsing and organizing images helps you find the right visual faster when you are preparing posts.
Deleting images
You can delete images from Media Studio when you no longer need them:
- Select the image you want to delete
- Click the delete action
- Confirm the deletion
- The deleted image is removed permanently from Media Studio
⚠️ Warning: Deleted images are removed permanently and cannot be restored. If the image is already used in posts, those posts may lose their visual.
Using images in posts
After you upload images to Media Studio, you can use them in your posts:
- Pick an image from Media Studio in the post card inside Drafts or Generator (legacy)
- Use AI-generated images in posts
- Replace images in posts from Media Studio
- Reuse the same images across multiple posts
The Media Studio integration is available in Drafts, the Content Library, and Scheduler (and in Generator in legacy mode), so the same images can support your full posting workflow.
