How Autopilot works
Autopilot uses the same Library, Scheduler, and publishing queue as other scheduled Gunvald posts. It automates planning, copy, media, timing, and follow-up.

- 4Sends a preview notice and schedules the approved revision through the normal publishing pipeline.
Running, paused, and next action
The Autopilot page shows the organization’s authoritative state. Pausing stops new Autopilot work without hiding existing drafts or publishing evidence.
- ✓Running means work may proceed within the active policy.
- ✓Paused means no new automatic progress. Resuming requires a fresh readiness and activation review.
- ✓Readiness is shown separately for channels, media, notices, and publishing.
What, how, and why
Every proposal has a traceable decision path: objective, audience, content theme, company evidence, media rationale, and QA outcome.

- ✓Sources and revisions are bound to the content you reviewed.

How media is selected
Autopilot first enforces rights, moderation, and channel constraints. It then ranks images by semantic fit, freshness, and prior use.
- ✓Image descriptions tell Autopilot what is happening and how the asset may be used.
- ✓A Facebook–Instagram pair may intentionally share an image, while separate topics should stay diverse.
- ✓Low fresh-media supply produces a visible request for more images.
- ✓AI media is generated only under the active policy and never becomes publish-ready while generation is incomplete.
Preview notice
Email and in-app notices refer to the same reviewable revision, including channel, time, full copy, and media preview.
- ✓Editing creates a new revision, so an old notice cannot authorize changed content.
- ✓You can review, edit, skip, or pause before the veto window closes.
- ✓Published is shown only after provider confirmation.
What pausing protects
Tenant Autopilot pause and global publishing safety are separate controls. Global safety is reserved for operational incidents.
- ✓Autopilot cannot change another organization’s posts.
- ✓Exactly-once delivery, exact targets, and ambiguous-provider reconciliation remain mandatory.
- ✓Content may be removed later, but tenant, rights, and duplicate-delivery safeguards are never bypassed.
