What is the Content Library?
Your post management hub
The Content Library is the central place for all your posts. Here you can manage, approve, edit, and track post statuses before and after publishing.
- In Drafts (Gunvald 2.0), you approve prepared or custom drafts into the library.
- In legacy mode, Generator creates posts that are approved into the library in the same way.
- From the library you can schedule posts into Scheduler and track their status.
Managing posts
Approval flow
When you approve a draft in Drafts (Gunvald 2.0) or Generator (legacy), it moves into the Content Library with the Approved status. From there you can schedule it in Scheduler.
- Read the post content and review the image.
- Edit the text, image, or timing if needed.
- Approve the post into the library or schedule it in Scheduler.
- Reject the post if it does not match your goals.
Editing posts
You can edit posts in the library while they are in draft status. Approved and scheduled posts are edited in Scheduler.
- Text: Edit the post copy while it is still a draft.
- Image: Replace the image from Media Studio.
- Timing: Schedule or reschedule the post in Scheduler.
- Channel: Change the channel while the post is still in draft status (Facebook/Instagram).
Changes are saved automatically. Scheduled posts are edited in Scheduler.
Deleting posts
You can remove posts from the Content Library if you no longer want to use them. Deleted posts are removed permanently and cannot be restored.
- Delete individual posts from the post card.
- Delete several posts at once by selecting them and using bulk delete.
- A deleted post is not moved to Scheduler and will not be published.

Bulk actions and CSV export
Select multiple posts at once and manage them with bulk actions.
- Select all posts or individual posts.
- Delete selected posts in one action.
- Export selected posts into a CSV file.
- Clear selections quickly.
Post statuses
Draft
The post is still a draft and has not been approved yet. Gunvald 2.0 drafts usually appear in Drafts, but legacy or manually created drafts can also appear in the library.
Approved (Ready)
The post has been approved and is ready to be scheduled. Move it into Scheduler if you want it published at a specific time.
Scheduled
The post is scheduled and will be published automatically at the selected time. You can still edit or cancel it before publishing.
Published
The post has been published to social media. You can review the published post in the Content Library and follow its performance on the Analytics page.
Failed
Publishing the post failed. Check the social media connection and try again, or contact support.
Archived
The post has been archived. Archived posts are hidden from the default Content Library view, but you can still open them in the archive.
Most common issues
The post does not move to Scheduler
If a post does not move to Scheduler after approval:
- Make sure the post has the Approved status.
- Select the post and click Schedule or Reschedule.
- Check that you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account.
- Refresh the page and check again.
- Contact support if the problem continues.
The post is published at the wrong time
If a post is published at the wrong time:
- Check the timezone settings in your profile.
- Edit the timing from the post card before approval.
- Cancel the scheduled post and create a new one with the correct time.
The post is published to the wrong channel
If a post is published to the wrong channel:
- Edit the channel from the post card before approval.
- Make sure you connected the correct account.
- Cancel the publication and create a new post for the right channel.
