Subscription details

You can see your subscription details in the Dashboard under Billing. There you will find your current plan, billing history, and payment method.

Changing the payment method

You can update your card or payment method in Stripe via the "Manage subscription" button. The new payment method is used for upcoming charges immediately.

Invoices and receipts

Downloading invoices

All invoices are available in the history section on the Billing page. You can download PDF copies or forward them to accounting.

Security

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Gunvald does not store card details — all payment information remains in Stripe.

Stripe follows the PCI-DSS security standard. Payment method management happens in Stripe's secure portal.

Managing the subscription

Trial period

Gunvald includes a 14-day trial. After the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically unless you cancel it.

Subscription issues

  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries the charge multiple times.
  • Update the payment method quickly to avoid service interruptions.
  • If needed, contact support for billing help.

Where can I see my billing history?

Your billing history is available at the bottom of the Billing page in the "Invoices" section.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Choose a new plan on the Billing page and confirm the change.

How do I cancel the subscription?

You can cancel the subscription in Stripe's management portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
